STATEMENT
My artistic practice drives me to create sculptures and interactive installations. I design these sculptures to entertain and challenge people in the process. The analysis of human behavior and mental performance in challenging situations is the basis of my artwork. Focusing on the concepts of restriction, control, and entertainment, and the interconnections between them, are the main tools of my artistic studies. In exploring these concepts, the historical background and geographical location of my motherland play an important role. The Middle East and Iran experience numerous, intense events, creating daily challenges for underrepresented groups and forcing them to make difficult decisions. I am not limited by restricting myself to specific mediums. The materials and processes used in my projects vary, including industrial workshops, photography, videography, sewing, embroidering with stretch fabrics, wearable sculptures, and more. I utilize whatever is necessary to fulfill the potential of each project.
